Beez Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Branding and content creation

  • Social media management

  • Paid advertising (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)

  • Funnel building and web development

  • Strategy consultations and coaching

All services will be detailed in a written proposal, contract, or statement of work prior to engagement.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 5 business days.

  • Projects may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

  • No refunds will be issued once work has begun or services have been delivered.

  • Payment plans (if any) must be agreed to in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information and approvals

  • Respond to communication within 48 hours

  • Supply necessary assets (logos, branding, logins, etc.)

  • Maintain full access to advertising platforms and accounts (if required)

Beez Digital Marketing is not liable for delays or issues caused by client inaction.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.
We will not share your data, strategies, or account information with third parties without written consent.

5. Results Disclaimer

While Beez Digital Marketing uses proven methods and best practices, we do not guarantee specific results, such as income, reach, or engagement. Outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, budget, offer quality, and client participation.

6. Revisions and Edits

The number of revisions or rounds of edits will be defined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom work created by Beez Digital Marketing (graphics, ad copy, funnels, etc.) will become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.
Beez Digital Marketing retains the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice. If terminated, the client agrees to pay for all completed work and costs incurred up to the termination date. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beez Digital Marketing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

10. Governing Law
